The Dictator is a 2012 satirical black comedy film starring Sacha Baron Cohen as Admiral General Aladeen, the tyrannical ruler of the fictional Republic of Wadiya. Aladeen travels to New York City to address the United Nations, but is instead kidnapped and replaced by a lookalike.
